The NPS MUN Society (NPSMS) was founded in 2012 for the sole purpose of spreading more awareness about MUN and encouraging more students to take part in them. It is a relatively new club that is still finding its footing amongst the other giants currently in the Singapore MUN Circuit but is fuelled by a team of sincere and enthusiastic MUNers. To this date, membership in NPSMC is available to any and all students above the age of 13 who have shown sustained interested in economic, political and international affairs.
The NPSMS’s annual conference- NPSMUN- is conducted every August. This year in 2016, the third edition of NPSMUN is to be spearheaded by current MUN Society Directors Sanjana Subramanian and Shreyas Naik along with a few other trusted society members (who make up the rest of the secretariat). NPSMUN first began in 2013, and started off as a small internal conference. But in 2014, made its name amongst other international schools in Singapore as well- opening up the conference to several delegates outside NPS.
This year as well, the conference is extended to any and all participants interested in current affairs and issues of international significance!
